Usage

ZSX-3 type water level signal device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is used as a signal element to respond to the change of water level in the automatic system of water turbine generator set.

 

Debug method

4.1 The appearance of the device shall be inspected before use.

4.2 Short connect the terminals and to ac 220V, 50Hz power supply and (the two poles of water level shall be connected respectively when in use), and set the value of the potentiometer to the maximum. Check the operating voltage. When the operating voltage is not greater than 85% of the rated voltage, the device shall operate.

4.3 When the water level electrode is connected, the potentiometer can be adjusted if the action is affected by the change of water resistance.

Structure and principle

2.1 structure
The device adopts JK-11K,H and Q-type standardized shell components, and has three structural forms of embedded rear wiring (JK-11K), protruding rear wiring (JK-11H) and protruding front wiring (JK-11Q), which can be optional.See the appendix for its outline, installation hole size and terminal diagram.

2.2 Working Principle
The device consists of transformer, rectifier bridge, JRC-10m small sealed electromagnetic relay, capacitor, resistor and led.See Fig.1 for the wiring diagram of the principle.
When the terminal, is connected to ac 220V,50Hz power supply, when the water level rises to make ○,○(the water level electrode) forms a path, the electromagnetic relay K acts, the moving closing contact closes, and the device sends out a signal.

Technical conditions

3.1 Rated voltage
The rated voltage of the device is 220V ac,50Hz

3.2 action value
The operating voltage of the device shall not exceed 85% of the rated voltage. 

3.3 Action time
At rated voltage, the operation time of the device is not more than 50ms.

3.4 Power consumption
At rated voltage, the power consumption shall not be greater than 3VA.

3.5 Coil heating
When the ambient temperature is 40℃, the device coil shall be able to withstand 1.1 times of the rated voltage for a long time and the temperature rise shall not exceed 60K.

3.6 Contact performance
In the DC inductive load circuit (GL 10 GL 20xLGLJDq 7=5ms±0.75ms) with voltage no more than 220V and current no more than 0.4a, the contact disconnection capacity is 30W. 

3.7 Dielectric strength
The insulation between the housing and non-charged metal parts of all circuits of the device shall be able to withstand 2000V (effective value), 50Hz AC voltage, lasting for 1 minute without breakdown or flashio phenomenon.
