Application Range

The DZ-10 series intermediate relays (hereinafter referred to as relays) are used as auxiliary relays in a variety of protective circuits to increase the number of contacts or contact capacity of the main protective relay.
The DZ-15 intermediate relay has two - actuated closing and two - actuated breaking contacts.
The DZ-16 intermediate relay has three actuation closing and one actuation breaking contact.
The DZ-17 intermediate relay has four acting contact.

Main technical parameters

Rated voltage: DC 12V,48V,110V,220V.
Action value: not more than 70% rated voltage value.
Return value: not less than 5% of the rated value.
Operation time: not more than 45ms at the rated value.
Return time: when the input excitation quantity is reduced from the rated value to zero, the return time of the relay shall not be more than 60ms.
Power consumption: not more than 7W.
Contact capacity: voltage no more than 250V, current no more than 1A, time constant of 5ms+0.75ms DC inductive load circuit, disconnect capacity of 50W;In an AC circuit with voltage not exceeding 250V, current not exceeding 5A, and power factor cos =0.4+0.1, the disconnect capacity is 500VA.The output contact can reliably operate and return 5x10 times under the above specified load conditions.The output contact is allowed to be switched on for a long time with 5A.
Dielectric strength: all conductive terminals of the product are connected together, and can withstand 2000V (effective value) 50Hz AC voltage between exposed non-charged metal parts or shells. The test lasts for 1 minute without insulation breakdown or flashover.
