Application Range

JC-2 impact relays (hereinafter referred to as relays) are used in dc operation relay protection and control circuits as the main components of concentrated signals.

Main technical parameters

  • The rated dc voltage: 220 v, 110 v, 48 v, 24 v.The shock action current and the return current Ic = 0.1 A, not restricted by steady current ΣIc.
  • The biggest long-term stable current: ΣIc max = 2 a.
  • The power consumption: Σ Ic is not greater than 4 w = 2 a.
  • The contact capacity: in voltage not over 220 v, when the current is not more than 1 a can disconnect the dc inductive load (5 + 0.75 ms) for time constant of 20 w.
  • The medium strength: the strength of the insulation of the shell tolerated the circuit voltage 2000 v ac 50 Hz 1 min of withstand voltage test and no breakdown or flash-over phenomenon.
