Usage

This series of signal relays, including DX-31B,DX-32A and DX-32B, are suitable for dc operation protection lines and serve as action indicators, dX-31BJ,DX-32AJ and DX-32BJ are suitable for AC operation protection lines and serve as action indicators.

 

Structure and principle

This relay is a clapped-type electromagnetic signal relay, which has an attractive coil (current or voltage) on a "U" type magnetic body and a moving plate on the magnetic body. The insulating plate on the moving plate moves two groups of moving contact points.Dx-31b is an escapement mechanism with mechanical contact latching and equipped with a restriction plate on the moving plate and a signal indicator on multiple nameplates.The DX-32A model has an additional holding coil as a voltage blocking mechanism with a signal lamp on the nameplate.Dx-32b has one more set of moving-closing contacts. The holding coil is in parallel with the signal lamp, and the holding coil can still work normally when the signal lamp burns out.
When the suction coil of dX-31B signal relay is electrified, electromagnetic suction will be generated to pull the moving plate together.At this time, the contact is in a working state (dynamic closing contact is closed). At the same time, the signal plate is placed vertically with the producer to display the action. When the suction coil is cut off, the contact and indicator are still in a working state due to the effect of the restriction plate.When the indicator is pressed, the moving plate returns to the starting position, the limiting plate captures the indicator and the contact returns to the original position.
DX - 32A, DX - 32B type signal relay attracted coil electricity, electromagnetic suction, inhale plate, the contact is in working status, one group of points to keep the coil electricity, indicator, show the actions, when attracting coil power relay by keep the coil electromagnetic suction, remain in working state, when keep the coil power, relay is returned to the starting position.
The relay has two mounting modes: embedded and protruding. Please indicate when ordering

Technical data

3.1 rating
Relay working winding ratings are 220,110,48,24,12 V or 0.01, 0.015, 0.02, 0.025, 0.04, 0.05, 0.075, 0.08, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 2, 4a.
Dx-32a /B maintains loop rating of 220,110,48 V.

3.2 action value
The operating voltage shall not be greater than 70% rated voltage;Operating current shall not be greater than 90% of rated current.

3.3 Maintenance value: no more than 80% of the rated maintenance voltage.

3.4 Return value: not greater than 5% rating.

3.5 Power consumption: the current winding is not greater than 0.3W, and the voltage winding is not greater than 3W.
a. X-32A voltage retaining loop 220V is not greater than 10W, 110V is not greater than 5W, 48V is not greater than 3W.
b. X-32B voltage retaining loop 220V is not greater than 20W, 110V is not greater than 10W, 48V is not greater than 4W.
3.6 Coil resistance values are shown in Table 1.

3.7 Contact capacity
a. 30W can be disconnected in A DC circuit with A voltage not exceeding 250V(time constant 5+0.75ms) and A current not exceeding 0.5a.
b. In ac circuit with voltage not exceeding 250V (cos 0.4+0.1) and current not exceeding 1V, 100VA can be disconnected.

3.8 Dielectric strength
Each conductive circuit of the relay shall be connected to the exposed non-charged metal part and the housing, and the working winding shall be connected to the contact circuit without retaining winding, which shall be able to withstand 2kV(effective value) and 50Hz AC test voltage for 1min without insulation breakdown or flashover phenomenon.

3.9 Life: electric life 1000 times, mechanical life 5000 times.

3.10 Thermal stability: The long-term voltage is 110% rated voltage, the long-term current winding is rated current, when the ambient humidity is 40℃, the temperature rise of the winding is not more than 65℃.

3.11 Weight: 0.1kg.

External structure and installation hole size

The relay adopts A01K,A01H and Z01Q housing. See Figure 6 attached to page 290 of this manual for the size of mounting hole.
